Consequently, job plays a key role in people’s life and there is an increasing awareness and attention of job satisfaction. To some extent, work satisfaction is affected by a lot of factors like income, job content and more. All these variables may be unrealistic for some workers. There are a selection of reasons determining job satisfaction like salary, relationship, environment and so on. The first and the most important factor influencing satisfaction is income which directly reflects individuals’ life quality. A clear example is that people can buy luxury to spoil themselves if they get a higher salary, but they will be frustrated if their salary too low to meet their basic needs in life. In addition, job satisfaction also can be increased by the harmonious relationship between workers and their colleagues or leaders. It is because the bad relationship in job environment means individuals must face negative emotions like hostility and loneness in their work. The last but not least cause is whether this job has a bright prospect. Individuals will be satisfied with a vocation which can upgrade their knowledge and skills. As a consequence, a combination of several variables plays a key role in one’s job satisfaction. However, it is difficult for all people to fulfill their job satisfaction compeletly because there are still some impoverished people get a low salary as well as work in a so destructive environment. The official authority should take action to increase people’s job satisfaction in terms of welfare, jobs environment, working hours and more.
