These graphs illustrate the percentage of spending on a UK school in 1981, 1991 and 2001. 

It is clear that most important part of costing of school was teachers' salaries throughout the whole period. There was a small rose of it from 40% in 1981 to 50% in 1991. After which, the percentage of money that paid to teachers went down slightly to 45 in 2001. On the other hand, the lowest spending of whole school was insurance. The school witness a minimal increase of it from 2% to 8% between 1981 and 2001. 

Other three kinds of costing was the middle part of school's expense, but had different changes in the past. The year from 1981 to 2001 saw a steady drop of other workers' salaries from 28% to 15%. Meanwhile, a gradual growth can be found of resources(e.g. books) from 15% to 20%, but went down to 9% in 2001. Conversely, the proportion of furniture and equipment was fell modestly from 15% to 5%, then grown moderately to 23% in 2001.

In conclusion, most part of resources was spend to teachers in this school. While other spending was not so essential.
