In 1920, after entering from the entrance, visitors would see a fountain in the center of the park. A stage for musicians was located in the west and rose garden was on the north and south of the stage, which was surrounded by some seats. In the east part of the park, there was a pond water plants in the west-north corner. Another rose garden was in the middle position of the entrance next to Arnold avenue and the pond. Visitors can also find a glasshouse with seats next to another entrance.

At present, the fountain is replaced by a rose garden surrounded by seats. And the stage is rebuilt into an amphitheatre for concerts. Entering from the entrance, the visitors will find the water feature and a children’s playground instead of the glasshouse and a pond. It is also noticeable that a entrance underground car park is settled in the west-south corner of the park.
