Students can touch with large amount of information today

     Some people think that the main role of teachers is to transport the information. Students can touch with large amount of information today,as a result,role of the teacher have no use in modern education. I disagree with this opinion.

     Teachers act an important role to help students recognize which is good information and which is not. Nowadays,internet develops so rapidly,students are exposed to a lot of violent and illegal information which can affect their mental health adversely. Teachers transmit benefit information to students and make them get far away from bad information. Without teachers, simple children may be influenced by bad information and walk on the wrong road in their youth.

      Teachers can help students understand and use information better . There is a lot of kinds of information on the internet,on TV and in books. Students can easily see or hear it but they may wouldn’t understand or use it correctly as they are so young that have little life experience and knowledge. Through the teacher’s patient explanation and clear analysis,children can get the true meaning of the information and use it in exams and daily life.

       To tell the truth,we have to admit the trend of increasing explosions of information reduce the importance of teachers’ role today. Students can look for explanation of English words,answers of math problems,and even more authority analysis than those given by teachers through the internet. It’s so convenient and fast and it seems that we can really use those tools to replace teachers sometimes.

       In conclusion,although there is a large amount of information from other places besides teachers which can help students a lot and increase the importance of teachers,it can’t really replace teachers’ role in the final analysis.
