To Whom It May Concern,

It’s a pleasure to support the application of Ms. Wang Hanxiao, one of my immediate subordinates at the Business Center of Linksus Marketing, for admission into your master’s degree program. Ms. Wang joined my team in May 2019. Since then, she’s been working conscientiously as a marketing specialist, and repeatedly impressed me by virtue of her methodical work style and creative mind. Personally speaking, I think her comprehensive abilities fit her for a marketing program abroad.

First of all, Ms. Wang strikes me as a creative marketing professional. She seems to be equipped with an inborn talent for proposing some wonderful ideas every now and then. For example, while working on an integrated marketing plan for our client BYD Auto, who had just launched a new large car-mounted screen, every member in the team was racking their brains to come up with a wonderful plan, but there wasn’t a perfect one anyway. Surprisingly, it was Ms. Wang suggested proposing to turn the car space into a pressure-relief room. This novel idea, as it was expected, won the recognition of the client.

Besides, I’m deeply impressed with her methodical work style. Prior to a project, she will make a Gantt chart first. Whenever I assign something to her, she can complete the job carefully and offer timely feedback.

Under my direct direction, she has served such internet giants as Tik Tok, Jingdong, etc. One of her greatest achievements is that our marketing plan helps Jingdong achieve a record-breaking sale in its “6.18 Shopping Spree” event. I think Ms. Wang has great potential for marketing. Please do give her application a favorable consideration.
