You should spend about 40 minutes on this task.

Write about the following topic: 

Many people work long hours, leaving very little time for leisure activities. Does this situation have more advantages or more disadvantages?

 Give reasons for your answer and include any relevant examples from your own knowledge or experience.

 Write at least 250 words

 Today, more and more people pay attention to how to enjoy their lives more meaningful and successful. Some people think that they need to work for long time everyday instead of spend more time for leisure activities.

 The advantages of working long hours are that people can make more money and have opportunities for promotion. Thus, they can use extra money to do something that can improve their lives, such as collecting of stamps, providing better education for their children. Anyhow, when people gain promotion and recognized by company, people will feel success with high achievement and will be respected from others.

 However, the disadvantages are far more than advantages for their whole life, because there are so many things are more important than money and achievement. Firstly, if people work for a long time everyday, the heavy workload will lead to lower efficiency. Secondly, when people spend more time on their work, they do lose more time with children and family. To be companied is the best feeling for our lives. Thirdly, long hours will lead to some physical problems to people. For example, my friend who likes to work long hours got a back pain, and he has to take medicine regularly.

 In conclusion, litter do people into account that people should have a meaningful life. The money and achievement of working are important, however, the leisure activities are significant to help us gain a better life. Now is time to think about how to balance your working and leisure activities.
