Do you think it is a positive or negative development?

Online shopping has become more popular nowadays among the young generation and middle-aged people. Being an indispensable component in our daily life, it is a great value for us. From my perspective of view, it is a positive improvement.

There are some negative impact on online shopping. Firstly, shopping in the internet will lack of the sense of reality and will lose fun. Because people sitting at the computers just need to click there mouses and pay for the courier service then after few days your goods will be delivered to your home. Although it is convenient that people do not need to go outside, they can not genuinely walk through good shelves as well as not to touch the goods with their fingers. Secondly, they afraid of buying something which have bad qualities and encountering the frauds.

Personally, I consider that online shopping has several advantages. First and foremost, it is convenient that the lazy people can use it feature which door-to-door delivery to tackle the daily problems such as lack of living items, new clothes and so on. Also it is useful for elders buying fruits and vegetables which are genuinely fresh. For instance, in China, most of the people have an application named Tao Bao which is a online shopping app that. Citizens can find anything in it such as clothes, toys, smart phones, fresh foods even providing the service of purchasing the game’s gem. Importantly, people can call the doctor when they have some emergency situations by using this app.

Furthermore, with the development of the internet shopping, people have widely tremendous choices for one thing, in contrast supermarkets may have few selections for one item. Because for almost offline stores they have their own provider even some stores have the same one whereas the suppliers may produce one sample for one good. On the contrary, for the same example of Tao Bao, all dwellers can become the merchandisers, all they can become the suppliers.

In conclusion, the savings and convenience offered by electronic commerce are huge benefits to the consumers. I believe that the undeniable growth of online shopping proves that it is a positive development.
