 Question:

 Some people believe that individuals can not improve environment, but only governments can make a difference. To what extent do you agree or disagree?

 Essay:

 Nowadays, the whole is paying attention to the environmental issues. People have different views about if the individuals can afford effective help to improve environment. In my opinion, both government and man could help reduce the damage of area that human live in.

 Indeed, the government play an essential role in the issues. Compared to only one people, they have numerous sources and manpower to deal with the problems. Therefore, the managers of country spend much national funds to organize some large environmental projects every year. Through these works, built by the country, environment of some places can be improved in a short time. For example, Chinese paid much money to plant large numbers of trees in the city even in the desert over the years, it actually increased the local comfort level of Chinese.

 However, although one man's power nearly impossible to change anything, the strength be form of million people can influence a lot. When these person come to focus on one issue, the troubles will be resolved. Besides, for the whole general situation, there are also some details for individuals to work hard for. Just like the social culture about the green lifestyle, because of which the follower will try to decrease the waste of water in daily life and ride bike instead of drive a car.

 In conclusion, everyone can donate their strength to protect our earth, because it belongs to everybody. Meanwhile, government may already make much effort for it that the living situation becoming more gorgeous recently.
