With the development of science and technology,more and more students prefer to study at home by TV, Internet and so on. In my opinion, the status of school can not replaced although distance learning has its own benefit.

On the one hand, there are more learning sources in the university than home.Firstly, the professional teacher in school can help students solve problems and guide them into the correct direction. While, students who learn by themselves, may be spend more time and energy on barriers.What's more, there are many infrastructures in the college, which can lead to graduates have more direct feelings. For example, students can do some researches in the school's laboratory to confirm whether their assumption is right or not, which can not do at home.

On the other hand, the benefit of attending college also include improved students' practical skills. That is means students can connect to society earlier than those study at home. To be more specific, the life of university is very multi-cultural, there are many associations that they can participate in and enable to improve their social skills and communicate ability. At the same time, they will gain the sincere friendship which can not realise on the  Internet. Thus, distance learning can not bring the same benefits of entering universities.

In a word, studying in school should be a compulsory process for every student, and we should try our best to use it to make ourselves better rather than addicted by the Internet.
