everyone should be a vegetarian, because they do not need to eat meat to stay
health. To what extent do you agree or disagree?
The frequent topic focusing on the daily diet
of residents has sparkled a heated debate. Some vegetarians may claim that all
types of nutriments are all accessible in vegetables; however, I hold the
diverse standpoint that meat is unique and irreplaceable to every individual.
Admittedly, vegetables are beneficial to
residents in many ways and own great recourse of vitamin or other nutrition. For
instance, the lettuce is rich in vitamin C, which is indispensable to an
individual and could hardly be found in meat. Also, some citizens who do not
want to be posed a threat to high blood pressure and sugar could choose to be a
vegetarian.
Nevertheless, under no circumstance should we
overemphasize the importance of vegetables in view of diverse kinds of ingredients
could provide different types of nutrition elements. To be more specific, some
researches illustrated that, though the physical structure of protein of meat
show great similarity with the protein of bean, they could never replace each
other.
Conspicuously, protein as well as fat from
meat is crucial to a citizen as it is the main components of the tissue for
recovery. However, food from plant could only provide plenty of sugar and keep
a people vigorous so the problem would not emerge immediately. Worse still, some
infants would suffer a lot from dropsy if they reject to have meat in a long
term.
Overall, as far as I am concerned, the healthy
and balanced diet could lead to better quality of life, which is to say, we
