Nowadays，crimes related youngsters are considered the same as the adults and they are thought to be punished in the same way as the adults,to a certain extent，i agree with this view，i would argue that they may be aware of their mistakes after accepting correct education. Lots of people have a very firm attitude that those who participate criminal activities like violence or rubber and have caused extremely bad effects should be strictly treated .for example，in the last two years，lots of news has covered many incident related to crime.an extreme incident that provoked public outrage happened in Japan impressed me.A Chinese overseas student named Jiangge was killed too protect roommate。however, the offender was sentenced to life imprisonment rather than death. This result made many people feel ufair and angry. the incident has done great harm to the victims and her family. So most people think young and old people should be equal in law.

Even though those unfair incidents are considered to be not forgiven, I think government can make a measure to correctly educate those young criminal.
