Recent years have seen an escalating gap between adequate nations and underprivileged ones, and thus there has been a heated debate on whether the superior ones have the responsibility to help each other. From my own perspective, I opine that it is momentous to help some countries selectively. Some people are strong advocates that prosperous countries should help economically inferior ones. For one thing, supporting others highlights the sympathy of human beings, which is of great educational value. For another, it can deepen the relationship between the two countries, promoting harmony among their citizens. Additionally, the money could facilitate the economic growth by investing potential industries of the developing countries. Opponents, however, deem that the aid money would end up being in another place. The are numerous causes to enumerate, the paramount one is that the organization is too complicated to operate. As a cross-country project, this can lead to a large-scale committee ineluctably, making the money hard to trace. Moreover, at the decision stage of determining which country is to be helped, the decision maker may choose the nation by optimizing his own profits. In my view, countries with great economic power should help their neighboring countries so that the helping process and be more transparent, which is an efficient to deter the money going to others’ pockets. In this case, not only the aid money flows to the needed areas to ameliorate the poverty but also the friendship among different countries’ people are strengthened. 如下为外教修改后的作文: 如下为下载链接(包含了同学原片以及修改后的,请下载后电脑查看,手机无法看到完整版): |
