The climograph indicate Kolkata’s rainfall

The climograph indicate Kolkata’s rainfall as well as its every month’s average temperatures.

It’s clear that the maximum rainfall concentrates on July and August, with the precipitation of almost 330 mm and 325mm respectively. However, Kolkata’s highest temperature which reach the peak of near 30 centigrade, happens in different months, April and May.

From the chart, is notable that between January and May the rainfall is raising constantly as well as the temperature. Increasing from 20mm to 90mm, the precipitation saw a gradual change while the temperature rises significantly from 20 degree to the peak, around 30 degree. After that, the rainfall is raising dramatically until reaching almost 340mm, which arriving its peak in July while the temperature keep going down slightly. In the next month, the temperature saw a slight dip while the rainfall began going down.

An interesting fact is that both temperature and precipitation in Kolkata start dropping since its winter begins from Octuber to December. We can see that basically the weather in Kolkata is from 20 degree to 30 degree and the rainfall always  follow with the increase of its temperature.
