如下为同学雅思原文: Some said that teachers’ main role is to transmit the information. Nowadays students are exposed to many kinds of information, so the role of the teacher will not work in modern education. Do you agree or disagree with this opinion? One of the most important duties of a teacher is to offer knowledge. The information boosting, students can attain a great deal of it without teachers’ help, resulting in the decrease of teachers’ impact. However, besides information provider, teachers also play other significant roles in students’ life. In my opinion, therefore, teachers are still supposed to have an irreplaceable effect in education field. To begin with, it is undeniable that teachers ought to pass the information to their students but one thing must be underlined is that it is only the truth that teachers will transmit. Although exposed to amount of information, students lack the ability to tell right from wrong so that they are not capable of absorbing what is benefit to them. Thus, what teachers should do is to conduct their students to the right direction and show them the proper way to attain knowledge rather than merely deliver the information dogmatically. Moreover, apart from providing correct information and methods to identify the truth, there are also other responsibilities for teachers to take. Just as score cannot be the exclusive factor in judging a student, so knowledge cannot be everything that teachers inform their students. To be comprehensively developed, students should be taught things such as manners, practical skills and virtues, which are not included in the information that surrounds them. Hence, not only should teachers pass useful materials and messages to their students but they have to arm their students with moral and ethics, which are more essential in education. In conclusion, teachers will never lose their influence due to the expansion of information because teachers have more crucial work than delivering knowledge. 如下为外教修改后的作文：
